Jacques Bessoudo

Jacques is the CEO and Co-Founder of Galium Capital, where he oversees all aspects of the firm’s portfolio and operations. Under his leadership, Galium has grown into a prominent real estate investment platform with over $750 million in assets under management.

Jacques brings extensive transactional expertise. His real estate experience includes over $1.5 billion in deals across multifamily, office, and retail asset classes.

Before founding Galium, Jacques spent seven years at The Boston Consulting Group, one of the world’s top strategy consulting firms, advising Fortune 500 companies on high-impact strategic and operational challenges.

Jacques holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Finance from ITESM. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a leading figure in community organizations in Miami.

Iser Rabinovitz

Iser is a Co-Founder of Galium Capital and a seasoned entrepreneur with a portfolio of successful ventures. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of MEOR, one of Mexico’s leading industrial developers, with over 1.5 million square meters under development nationwide.

In hospitality, Iser co-founded ULIV, Mexico’s largest short-term rental platform. He also plays a strategic role at CIPRO, an infrastructure firm focused on water and urban development projects in Mexico.

Earlier in his career, Iser founded KonDinero, a micro-lending platform that became an industry leader and went public in 2012. He is also the founder of Grupo Sheva, a diversified business group with investments in real estate, construction, energy, and infrastructure.

Since 2008, Iser has managed his family office, with a global investment focus across real estate, hospitality, and infrastructure. He holds a BA in Business from ITESM, graduating with high honors.
